Monisha is a qualitative researcher and mental health professional with more than ten years of experience. She holds an academic background in Psychiatric social work and earned her MPhil degree from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences in Bangalore, followed by a PhD from Delhi University.
Her research interests are focused on child and adolescent mental health, community-based mental health interventions, and the mental health of children and adults in conflict with the law. As a research associate and evidence synthesis specialist for Campbell South Asia, she has contributed to numerous projects. Monisha has a particular interest in qualitative and mixed methods synthesis, which she utilizes in her role as lead evidence synthesis for Campbell South Asia, as well as in her independent practice as a mental health practitioner.
