Ratika joined Campbell Collaboration in May 2022. They are a non-binary person with a post graduate in Public health. She is inclined towards investigating and learning about gender, sexuality and neurodiversity as a spectrum and its impact on one’s social and personal wellbeing. In their previous experience, they have worked with people affected by HIV with the NACO/PHFI technical support unit and been a part of the intervention development team at Sangath.
